Join us for a Chili Cook-Off at AMVETS Post 208 on Saturday, January 31st from 2–6 PM. Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends, family, and your appetite.

🍲 $10 All-You-Can-Eat Chili
👨‍🍳 No charge for cooks
🏆 Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Best Chili

🚨 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 🚨

AMVETS Post 208 is proud to host a Meat Shoot on Saturday, January 17th at AMVETS Post 208, 5 South Street, Hudson, MA

This special event is being held in the spirit of the Boston Bruins BFit First Responder Challenge, bringing together Veterans, First Responders, and the community for an evening of friendly competition, support, and connection.

Event Details:
Doors open at 4:30 PM
Shoot begins Between 5:30 - 6:00 PM

The BFit Challenge supports the physical and mental well-being of First Responders and Veterans through fitness, teamwork, and community. You can learn more about the Bruins BFit program here:

🎖️ As November 10th approaches — the day we honor the Marine Corps’ birthday — we invite you to watch this tribute and reflect on the courage, selflessness, and sacrifices of our Marines.

Let’s remember every Marine who has served: those standing strong now, and those who’ve gone on before. Their dedication secures our freedom and deserves our gratitude.

🌟 A Huge Thank You to Our Volunteers and Sponsors! 🌟

The First Annual AMVETS Post 208 Golf Scramble was a success because of YOU — our dedicated volunteers who gave their time and energy, and our generous sponsors who made this event possible. From early morning check-in to raffle tables, BBQ, and everything in between, your hard work and support brought the community together for a day of golf, fun, and fellowship.

Your efforts and generosity help us continue important programs like Home Alone for the Holidays, delivering Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to those who are alone or unable to prepare a meal, as well as to first responders working on the holidays, and the Fishing Derby for Hospitalized Veterans, which gives hospitalized veterans a day filled with camaraderie, fresh air, entertainment, and the joy of fishing.

We truly couldn’t have done it without you — this tournament was a hole-in-one thanks to every sponsor, volunteer, and participant. 🏌️‍♂️🏆
