Join us for the Hudson Valley Dolphins’ First Annual 5K Run/Walk!

Lace up your sneakers and be part of a new community tradition! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or simply looking for a fun way to support local youth, everyone is welcome at our First Annual 5K Run/Walk benefiting the Hudson Valley Dolphins Swim Club.

This family-friendly event is open to the public and welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Every registration helps support our nonprofit swim team by funding equipment, training opportunities, pool time, and scholarships, ensuring more young athletes have the opportunity to grow through the sport of swimming.

Come run, walk, cheer, and make a difference while enjoying a morning of fitness, fun, and community spirit. Gather your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers—we can’t wait to see you at the starting line!
