Reminder: Only one day left to take advantage of our limited time offer!

Are you ready for the upcoming FeederWatch season? Good news - when you sign up in September, we'll send you our gorgeous new sparrow identification poster. Join or Renew today here: https://buff.ly/3tS2ujU

Sparrows can be especially tricky to identify, with their muted brown and chestnut coloration, various streaks and spots, and similar sizes and behaviors. This poster is a great tool to help FeederWatchers distinguish these little brown birds.

This is a limited time offer that is only available in the U.S. Offer ends September 30th, 2025.

The Lac du Flambeau Tribe mourns the passing of Ernie Stevens Jr., an advocate for Tribal Sovereignty and a tireless champion for his people. A proud citizen of the Oneida Nation, and Chairman of the Indian gaming association, he has left a lasting legacy within all Tribal Communities!

Ernie’s tireless advocacy protected the rights of Tribal governments, educated policymakers, and brought communities together!

We extend our deepest condolences to Ernie’s family, friends, and colleagues across Indian country. His legacy will continue to inspire us to carry forward the work he passionately championed, honoring his memory through our commitment to sovereignty, community, and the future generations!

Members of the St. Croix-Chequamegon Chapter join with their Fort Atkinson-Eli Pierce sisters in honoring the sudden loss of Nancy Olson. While a member of DAR for seven years, like all bright stars, she shone brightly. Her passion for gardening, reading was matched only by her love of DAR, its mission and the Wisconsin Society’s historic property, Fort Winnebago Surgeons Quarters. nancy’s memory will continue to be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.

Thank you to Angel's Pet World and everyone who supported the Hudson Hound Wash. The event this year was a huge success! It raised $17,524.84, which half was donated to Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue and the other half to the Hudson Police Department K9 fund. It’s community support like this that helps make our K9 program successful.
