NOTICE: Thursday, May 28, 2026, Plunkett's Pest Control will be in the development to spray the exterior of the buildings for pests.

Please allow the technician to do the contracted work.

Please move any personal items that are up against the outside of the buildings. The spray is not harmful to people or pets.

NOTICE: Crabapple Tree Fungus Treatment, Thursday, May 21, 2026.

Thursday, May 21, 2026, SavATree will be in the development to apply the second fungus treatment to the crabapple trees. They are usual here around 7:30am.

These treatments are necessary for the health of the trees. The fungicide is not harmful to people or pets; nonetheless, we want to protect people, pets, and property.

Please move any personal items that are under or near the crabapple branch drip line. Also, keep windows closed until after the application dries.

Notice: The Lawn and Landscaping crew is intending to begin the spring clean-up process this week.

Also, it's time to put away any personal winter decorations that you have put outside. The workers are not responsible for any damage to these items during their clean-up tasks.

NOTICE: Dryer Vent Outlet Cleaning on Monday, March 09, 2026.

There will be a maintenance crew in the development to clean the exterior dryer vent outlets from the roofs.

Please allow the crew to complete their contracted work. Also, move any personal items from in front of the garage area, so they can access the roofs.

The NEW Waste Management schedule for Oakridge Circle is: (See the attached image).

*Garbage pick up every week on Wednesday.

*Recycling pick up is every other week (GOLD weeks) on Wednesday.
