Huge thank you to Dr. Annie Snyder from Fit PT for speaking at our mom meet up this morning!

She shared so much helpful info on pelvic floor health- how to recognize signs of dysfunction and simple exercises to start strengthening those muscles. Pelvic floor issues are incredibly common, and having an open, informative conversation about it was so valuable for our members.
