Youth Action Hudson Ran by the YMCA in Hudson, our mission is to empower and engage youth to make a difference through service, leadership, and education.

Youth Action Hudson (YAH) is a non-profit organization that believes the young people of the Hudson community are one of our biggest assets when it comes to serving others and shaping future generations. Our organization has been a catalyst for starting new programs and partnering with other Hudson programs for over 25 years. YAH provides as many opportunities as possible to empower the youth of Hudson to be students in ACTION! No matter who you are or how you want to participate in our programming you are welcome to use the link at the top of this page to look at our calendar with our upcoming events. New students are welcome at every single event we do and adult volunteers are always needed. If you want to be alerted to new activities/meetings as they come up, join our page.

What an incredible way to celebrate another amazing year of service! 💙

On Tuesday, Youth Action Hudson celebrated the accomplishments of our 2025–2026 volunteer year. Together, our members gave back with more than 1,600 hours of community service, making a lasting impact throughout the Hudson community.

We were also proud to recognize 9 outstanding students with our new YMCA Community Impact Awards, honoring youth who reached significant volunteer milestones. In addition, we awarded $4,500 in scholarships to graduating seniors, including 4 Exemplary Volunteer Scholarships for students who dedicated 250+ hours of service through YAH during their high school careers.

We are so proud of every student who chose to make a difference this year. Thank you for your passion, leadership, and commitment to serving others. We can't wait to see what you'll accomplish next! 🎉
