Commercial and non-profit building owners can now apply for financing to make energy upgrades to their buildings! City of Hudson and the Energy Improvement Corporation (EIC) are partnering up to offer the OPEN C-PACE program - paving the way for higher levels of energy efficiency and/or renewable energy to be included as part of a building’s redevelopment or rehabilitation.

Today is the start of the Sustainable Futures Conference, a four-day virtual event that will thrust conversations of sustainable practice into mainstream discourse. 2021 is a critical year for climate policy and its practice at federal, state, and local levels - it's time to take action!

The Sustainable Futures Conference is organized by The Future of Small Cities Institute which cultivates just and resilient solutions for small and midsized metro regions. FoSCI fosters local community partnerships and regional city networks, produces cross-platform resources and publications, hosts dynamic event series, and is actively building a knowledge-base of best practices for smaller cities.

Unique and diverse minds are coming together to combat the intersectioning climate and socioeconomic equity crises as well as our mutual goal to support the City of Hudson in becoming a leader in addressing these issues. This Friday, April 9th, NY Renews and One NY Indivisible are hosting a town hall with and other legislators to answer questions about the Climate and Community Investment Act (CCIA), the THRIVE Agenda, and the fight for a just and clean recovery of years of unchecked, environmental racism and corporate pollution.
