Emily Havranek Memorial Scholarship Fund

Hello everyone,

This is the time of year when I start promoting our I Run With Emily scholarship fundraiser run.

If you’re not aware we have decided to pause the run however we are always looking for donations to keep the scholarship fund alive and thriving. I will post the link for donations to the fund itself or if you prefer donations to me will be accepted via any form of your choice.

This year’s recipient of the Emily Havranek scholarship fund was Aleena Siedlecki.

Hello all,
Over the past six years since Emily’s departure Suzanne and I have been overwhelmed by the love and support that we’ve received from all of you.
So with that being said, this decision has been very difficult to announce. We have decided to discontinue our annual “I run with Em” fundraising event.
The emotional drain preparing for the event and the day of the event, has really been overwhelming. We aren’t sure if it’s permanent or maybe just a pivot to something. We will still continue on with Emily’s legacy by keeping the scholarship alive, which means that we will still be accepting donations through this page.
Again, we can’t express enough how grateful we feel for everyone’s love and support. So please keep following the “I Run with Em” page for continued fundraising activities and information.
