We are still accepting applications for the 2022-2023 Leadership Hudson program. This unique program offers benefits not only to the participants, but also the organizations they represent. Here are a few opportunities the Leadership Hudson program provides:
• Meet people with a shared commitment to the community
• Build a diverse, long-term network
• Promote the organization you represent
• A better understanding of your personal and leadership strengths and how to use them more effectively
• A more in-depth understanding of the resources, opportunities, and challenges in the Hudson community
• Contribute to the vitality of the Hudson area
• Learn how you can help the continued health and well-being of the Hudson area

The program meets one day a month and offers unique “behind the scenes” tours and experiences, as well as small group discussions with elected officials, Business executives, Nonprofit leaders and small business owners. Leadership Hudson - Speaker Series - 12/14/21
Join us as we kick off the new Leadership Hudson - Speaker Series! This event is the first of a four-part series, featuring accomplished leaders in the Hudson area.

This series gives you a preview of what you can experience as part of the Leadership Hudson program. A new cohort will begin in September 2022. If you are interested in participating in the next class, this will give you an idea of what you can expect. If you are alumni of the program this is an opportunity to reconnect with your classmates and other participants.

The December 14th program (Zoom) will feature the following speakers:
• Kathy Ableidinger, Director of Operations, Cardinal Health
• Lida Bannink, Labor & Employment Attorney at Eckberg Lammers, P.C.
• Jill McNamee, McNamee Real Estate
The new series will cover some of the challenges organizations faced in 2021 and how they adapted and supported their teams. Topics will include managing a remote workforce, HR issues related to COVID, leveraging social media, reassessing business as well as personal goals and mission statements, and will feature some of our most popular speakers and topics from our regular 9-month Leadership Hudson program.

Members can participate in the full series of four programs or select just the individual sessions that interest them. The programs are open to all members, past Leadership Hudson students, and community members. Tell your friends and colleagues to join us for this “community check-in”! Go to the website to register!
