In preparation of lawncare beginning Tues, 4/21, please pick up everything in your yards, including animal waste. Compile pinecones and pine straw into a pile by the road. Park in the driveway.

Dear Valued Tenants,

I am writing to you today to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable living environment for all residents in our community. In accordance with the lease agreement, please take a moment to review the Rules and Regulations to avoid being fined. The first violation is a rule/regulation is $50-$100 fine; a second violation for the same offense is a $100-$200 fine.

I've highlighted the following common policies:

Speed Limit: The speed limit throughout the community is 10 mph. For the safety of children, pedestrians, and pets, please ensure all drivers in your household adhere to this limit.

Property Maintenance: All outside areas, including yards, patios, and parking spaces, must be kept free of trash, toys, and general clutter. This helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our community.

Recreational Vehicles: Recreational vehicles, such as boats, RVs, and semi-trailers, are not permitted to be parked onsite.

Occupancy Policy: Anyone who is not named on the lease or who has been not been disclosed on an application is not allowed to occupy a home without prior written consent from property management. Please ensure that all residents residing in your unit are officially listed on your lease.

Dear Tenants,
We are expecting winter weather usually not seen in NC over the next few days. Below are a few precautions to take during this time:
*Outside faucets - Remove any hoses attached to the faucet. If faucet covers are available, cover the faucet.
*Do not turn off the heat. Leave the heat at a minimum of 68 degrees to prevent pipes from freezing.
*Opening cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathroom to allow warmer air to circulate around the plumbing. Be sure to move any harmful cleaners or chemicals out of children's reach.
*Inspect fireplaces and chimneys before use. Have them cleaned if needed.
*Turn your ceiling fans on low in reverse (clockwise when looking up) to circulate warm air.
*If water heaters are inside, leave doors to the area open.
*Know where the water shut-off valve is located. If pipes burst, turning this off will reduce water damage.
