🐾💜 HELP US CHANGE THE FUTURE FOR HUBBARD’S COMMUNITY CATS 💜🐾

Behind every community cat you see is a story we may never know. Some were born outside. Some were abandoned. Some are raising litter after litter simply because no one has been able to break the cycle yet.

That’s what Cosmic Waters Kitty Rescue is working to change.

Through our TNR project, we are working to humanely Trap, Spay/Neuter, Vaccinate, Ear-Tip, Return, and Monitor community cats throughout Hubbard and the surrounding areas. When we find friendly cats or kittens who can live safely indoors, we also want to give them the opportunity for rescue, foster care, and loving homes. 🏡❤️

Our goal for our first year is to help approximately 100–150 community cats, and we have set an annual fundraising goal of $20,000 to help make that possible.

Those funds help cover spay/neuter procedures, vaccinations, traps and supplies, transportation, recovery needs, emergency veterinary care, foster support, and the continued growth of our TNR program.

We are also incredibly thankful to have a partnership with Animal Birth Control Clinic in Waco, Texas, helping us provide veterinary services for this project. 🩺🐈

And if you would rather not donate money directly to the rescue, you have another option. You can call ABC Clinic in Waco at 254-776-7303 and let them know you would like your donation applied toward the Cosmic Waters Kitty Rescue TNR Project under Kimberly Tursam. That allows you to contribute directly toward veterinary care for the cats we are working to help.

💜 Venmo:

Please put “CAT RESCUE” in the payment note.

You don’t have to make a huge donation to make a difference. $5, $10, a share, a volunteer hour, a foster home, or simply telling someone about our mission can move us one step closer.

We cannot fix cat overpopulation overnight. But one surgery prevents future litters. One healthy colony changes a neighborhood. One rescued kitten changes an entire life.

Healthy cats. Fewer unwanted litters. Stronger communities. Brighter tomorrows. 🐾✨

Please watch our video, share it, and help us give Hubbard’s community cats a future worth fighting for.

📢 New Surrender Form Update 🐾

As Cosmic Waters Kitty Rescue continues to grow, we've had several people reach out needing to surrender or rehome cats. At this time, we already have a few people waiting in line, so it may be a little while before we're able to accept any additional owner surrenders.

To help make the process more organized and fair for everyone, we'll be introducing official new surrender forms very soon! These forms will allow us to keep track of requests in the order they're received and gather the information we need to better help each cat.

Please remember that we're a small, volunteer-run rescue, and we're doing everything we can to help as many cats as possible while making sure each one receives the care they deserve.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly couldn't do this without our amazing community. ❤️🐈

Stay tuned for the surrender forms. We'll post them as soon as they're ready!

✨ We have some exciting news to share! ✨

Cosmic Waters Kitty Rescue is incredibly grateful to announce our new partnership with ABC Clinic in Waco, TX! 💜🐾

This partnership will help us provide more affordable spay and neuter services for cats and other animals in our community. Every pet that is spayed or neutered helps prevent unwanted litters, reduces homelessness, and gives more animals the chance to live healthy, happy lives.

This is a huge step forward for our rescue and for the communities we serve, and we couldn't be more excited about what we can accomplish together.

A heartfelt thank you to ABC Clinic for believing in our mission and helping us make a difference, one paw at a time. 🐱💕

Together, we really can do more.

💜 Spay. Neuter. Save Lives. 💜

Today is a huge step forward for Cosmic Waters Kitty Rescue. ❤️🐾

I officially launched our GoFundMe to help us begin a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program right here in Hubbard, Texas.

Every day, more kittens are born outside, and so many cats struggle to survive the Texas heat, hunger, illness, and injury. This cycle won't stop on its own. By trapping, spaying and neutering, vaccinating, and safely returning healthy community cats, we can humanely reduce the population and give these cats a better chance at life.

This project is something I've dreamed of for a long time, but I can't do it alone. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to purchasing the supplies, traps, transportation, and veterinary care needed to get this program off the ground.

If you're unable to donate, you can still make a huge difference by sharing this post. The more people who see it, the more lives we can save together.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Cosmic Waters Kitty Rescue and believed in this mission. Your kindness means more than words can express.

Help Us Give Hubbard's Community Cats a Chance

Imagine being born outside with no warm bed, no food waiting for you, and no one to protect you.

For many cats in Hubbard, Texas, this isn't imagination. It's their reality.

Every day, community cats struggle to survive. They face hunger, disease, harsh weather, injuries, and the constant challenge of finding safety. Many are mothers raising litter after litter of kittens, simply because there aren't enough resources to stop the cycle.

The cats didn't choose this life.

Without intervention, the population continues to grow. One unspayed female cat can have multiple litters each year, and before long, a handful of cats can become dozens. Local rescues and caring individuals do everything they can, but the need is greater than the resources available.

That's why Cosmic Waters Kitty Rescue is working to launch a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program.

We are currently in the planning stages and will be working through ABC Clinic's TNR program in Waco, where we'll receive guidance on building a successful program for our community.

Before we can begin trapping, we need funding.

Your donations will help cover:

* Spay and neuter surgeries
* Rabies vaccinations
* Humane trapping equipment
* Recovery and transportation supplies
* Other essential expenses needed to operate the program

Every dollar brings us one step closer to preventing future litters and reducing the suffering of community cats in a humane, long-term way.

This isn't just about reducing the number of stray cats. It's about giving them a healthier life, preventing kittens from being born into hardship, and creating a better future for both the cats and our community.

If you're unable to donate, you can still make a difference by sharing this fundraiser with your family and friends. Every share helps us reach someone who may be able to help.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in this mission and for helping us give Hubbard's community cats the chance they deserve.

Together, we can make a lasting difference, one cat at a time. 🐾💜

🐾 Meet Oscar! 🖤🤍 🐾

This handsome tuxedo boy is looking for a family to call his own!

Oscar is still young, full of love, and has the sweetest personality. He has been neutered, is up to date on his vaccinations, and will be ready to go to his new home in just 7 days!

✨ Sweet and affectionate
✨ Playful and curious
✨ Loves attention and people
✨ Just fixed and fully vetted
✨ Looking for an indoor forever home

🚫 No dogs, please. Oscar would do best in a home without canine companions.

There is a small rehoming fee to help ensure he finds a committed and loving family.

If you've been searching for a loyal little companion with a heart as big as his ears, Oscar might be your perfect match. 🥰

📩 Send me a message if you're interested in meeting Oscar or would like more information. Please share this post to help him find the forever home he deserves! ❤️🐾
