🐾 HUBBARD, TEXAS ONLY — COMMUNITY TNR PROJECT LAUNCHING THIS SUMMER 🐾
This summer, we’re starting a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) project focused entirely on feral and stray cats within Hubbard, Texas.
🔹 Our main goal is neutering MALE cats first
🔹 Targeting up to 10 cats per day
🔹 Cats will be trapped, neutered, ear-tipped, and returned
📍 How we’re approaching this: We already have a pretty good idea of where most of the cat groups are located. To make the biggest impact quickly, we’ll be:
✔ Starting with the largest groups first
✔ Reducing population growth at its source
✔ Expanding outward as each area is completed
✂️ Ear tipping lets us clearly mark which cats — and which areas — have already been done, helping us stay organized and avoid re-trapping.
📌 Good to know: • This project is Hubbard-only
• No transport help needed
• We’re currently confirming colony locations and planning trapping days
• We will be spaying females (pregnant or none pregnant) as funding comes in for them or free feral days.
