Why do YOUR donations matter? Take a look at how we support Hubbard ISD with our donors help 👇

🤔 Curious what the Hubbard ISD Education Foundation supports? Here’s our purpose:

The PURPOSE of the Hubbard ISD Education Foundation is to provide means for new, creative programs and activities not supported by tax-based funding. It promotes innovative instruction and recognizes student achievement excellence.

The Foundation’s initial programs and funding priorities include:
🐆 Scholarships
🐆 Innovative Teaching Grants
🐆 Recognition of Academic Achievement
🐆 Recognition of Teaching Excellence

Sooooo what does that actually mean?

🥳 It’s like throwing a birthday party and your budget only allows for the basics like a cake, plates and forks. Wouldn’t it be a much better party if you could also afford to buy ice cream, fun decorations and a gift?

🎁 This is where the Education Foundation comes in! While the school budget provides the necessities, like keeping the lights on, the funds we collect are used for the “extras” that aren’t in our school budget but can greatly impact our students and teachers in the classroom!

🐆 Another wonderful grant funded by the Hubbard ISD Education Foundation, in action! We are thanks to our generous donors and supporters - THANK YOU!

A HUGE thank you to the Hubbard Education Foundation for providing the funds to make our 1st Grade Take-Home Reading Bags possible! 🖤💛

Thanks to their generosity, every first grader now has access to books at home every day! Each bag includes literacy questions to help parents support their child’s learning, plus fun activities to make reading homework an interactive family experience.

Just 15 minutes a day can make a BIG difference in growing strong, confident readers! 📖✨

We are so thankful for the Hubbard Education Foundation’s investment in our little readers! 🖤💛
