Hubbard Traveling Soccer Club HUBBARD EAGLE SOCCER CLUB

Our goal is to establish young players that will eventually move up to the high school level of play. and H.C.Y.L. if they so choose.

The Hubbard Traveling Soccer Club is a competitive soccer league that was established in 2010 and plays in the Youngstown Area Youth Soccer League (YAYSL) and the Trumbull County Soccer Association (TCSA). The league is designed to give kids that wish to have a more competitive level of play an outlet. Our goal is to establish young players that will eventually move up to the high school level of

play or beyond. Players will be invited to a team based on their age and by their play in the Hubbard Community Youth League (H.C.Y.L.) which is the recreational soccer league of Hubbard or by a tryout. They are able to participate in both the H.T.S.C. Selections will be held in early spring giving the players who are not assigned to a traveling team the opportunity to sign up for the recreational league. openings on teams can be filled by players from surrounding communities. The level of play is advanced and commitment in time is greater. The emphasis is on the development of technical and game skills, creativity and a game β€œsense”. These teams travel to nearby communities and play other YAYSL and TCSA teams. Matches are played mainly on weekends, but some matches may be played weekdays. Additional fees may be requested depending on the use of professional trainers and participation in tournaments. Where We Practice & Play
"The Pitch" is the home field for all the H.T.S.C. teams (except for the U13 to U15's). Thanks to the Hubbard Parks and Recreation Board and generous donations from many people the former Waugh Baseball Fields have been transformed and renovated into the H.T.S.C. soccer fields and named the Dattilo Riffle Fields. It features U09 and U12 size game fields, future plans will see an addition of bathrooms. Thanks to Hubbard Superintendent Athletics Director, and Soccer Coaches the U13 to U15 teams will play their games at the High School Athletic Complex on Hall Ave in front of the Hubbard Schools Campus. PLEASE NO SPIKES ARE PERMITTED ON THE TRACK SURFACE AT ANY TIME!!!!! spectators are to sit on top of the hill at the south end of the fields. ADDRESSES:

2026 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

It is hard to believe that it is already time to start thinking about soccer. We are excited to start preparing for the 2026 season! Below you will find all of the information that you will need to register your player for this season.

We will hold two days of registration. Registration will take place on the second floor of Roosevelt Student Wellness Center. The days and times are as follows:

Sunday, March 29th 11:00-2:00 or Monday, March 30th 6:00-8:00

All players must turn 7 by August 1, 2026. We will accept players from age 7 to any player entering grade 8 this upcoming fall.

If your child played in 2025, the cost of registration is $125 for the season.

If your child did not play in 2025, the cost of registration is $100 for the season. You will also be responsible for purchasing a uniform for your child. This will happen sometime in May and the estimated cost at this time is $70-$90. We are discounting our registration fee to help offset the cost of the uniform.

Teams and coaches will be finalized once registration is complete. If there is not a spot for your child due to not having enough players for the age group that your child belongs in, or a team is full of returning players and you are new to our program, you will be contacted by a board member and refunded your registration fee. This decision will be made by the end of April. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

We would like to congratulate our U10 girls on being runner ups in the YAYSL Fall Classic! These girls fought HARD! They earned their way to the championship game by winning two games on Friday and Saturday, then won on Sunday by winning a shoot out. Their championship game went into overtime where they just fell short before time expired. They kept fighting until the very end! So proud of these girls and all of our players who played this weekend. The future is looking bright!

We would like to thank Jeff Lisbon from Lisbon Hauling for donating his time, truck, and trailer to our club for the Homecoming parade. Lisbon Hauling works with Matson Logistics, who has an office in Hermitage, PA and coordinates transportation for customers in Western PA and Eastern OH. We would also like to thank Rick from Matson Logistics for working with us to secure the truck and trailer. Finally, a special thank you to Michelle Hamilton for her connection and making the initial call to Rick for us.

We missed our u10 girls and u12 boys tonight as their playoff game was during the parade. Good luck to all of our teams that are playing in the tournament this weekend!

Parents, please post any pictures that you got of our players from the parade in the comments!

Great news, we have secured a truck and will have a float in the Homecoming parade! Details will be shared within the next few days on times and where to meet. In the meantime, does anyone know where we can get bales of hay, or can donate hay for the trailer? Please DM us if you have an idea. Thank you!
