Hubbard Lake Community Association elections will be held at our annual meeting, June 15, 2026.
Officer (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer) seats are up each year. Director seats are for a two year term, and alternate, with two Board of Director seats up this year.
HLCA members who are residents and/or property owners in Hubbard Lake zip code 49747 and Spruce zip code 48762 are eligible to join the Board.
We are an active board, now primarily focused on running the new community center, including events/classes, fundraisers, rentals, etc.
If you have the time/energy/ideas and are interested in becoming a board member, please call/text us at 989.464.3936 by 05/15/2026. Our Nomination Committee will contact you to verify eligibility, etc. before adding to the list of candidates.

We have received the Certificate of Occupancy for our new community center and library! The library is in the process of moving into their new home in our building and will be opening soon.
We are waiting on our equipment/programs grant funds to be released so we can purchase tables/chairs, etc. for the community center. Once in place, we will begin rentals of that space.
In the meantime, we are still fundraising to complete asphalt paving of our parking lot, landscaping & signage.
