There was a version of me that couldn’t even look in the mirror… not because I didn’t want to, but because I didn’t recognize who I had become.🥺

Now I look… and I see someone who walked through hell and still came out glowing💪🏻✨It def didn’t come from anything soft. I know that’s for sure😮‍💨 It came from crying and still getting up. From being exhausted and still showing up. . From having every reason to quit… and kept on keeping on. I literally rebuilt myself in the middle of everything that was trying to break me.

So if you’re in that place right now where it feels heavy and you don’t even feel like yourself… don’t run from it!! Stay in it and fight through it because that version of you on the other side? You’re going to look in the mirror one day and finally see yourself… and realize you were being built this whole time.

That’s why I started The Stellar Rise Foundation … because I know what it feels like to be in that place, and I know what it takes to rise out of it.✨
