As we get further into spooky season, I’m getting a little nervous… 👻
Why, you ask?

Miss Fiona. We all know she’s a full-blown witch 🧙‍♀️ and voodoo queen 👑. And since we still haven’t hit the fundraising goal to expand her enclosure, she might just take matters into her own black-magic fox paws. 🐾✨

Help me make it through this season safely:
✨ Donate to her enclosure expansion

✨ Send treats from our Amazon wishlist

✨ Or simply like, comment, and share — it truly makes a difference

Let’s keep Fiona happy… and her magic pointed in the right direction. 🦊

Felix Fox looks like the epitome of a childhood storybook fox 📕🦊.

He’s a bright red, fluffy boy with a big fluffy tail, tall black socks, cute pointy ears, and the happiest smile. 🧡🦊

What’s your favorite children’s story with foxes? Drop it in the comments below, we’d love to hear! 🧡

📖 Ours right now is the “Hector Fox” series by Astrid Sheckels.

Emma has a very serious problem… she can’t pick her Halloween costume! 🎃

She has a bin of costumes and is completely torn between a few very strong options:

🧛 A vampire
😈 A little devil
🐉 A tiny dragon
🧙 A potion-brewing witch

Maybe a surprise option we haven’t even looked at yet!

Help our girl out, what do YOU think Emma should go as this Halloween?

Dolly had to tell everyone: Prime Day deals are live on things we use.

🦊Wood doghouses, treats, heavy-duty zip ties, tarps, wet dog food, and nitrile gloves are all marked down, and she is trading this video for more treats or any of the items on the Amazon list.

They’re at the top of our Amazon wishlist. Search “Foxes Journey Sanctuary” under wishlists, or use the link (in comments)

Just the one and only space fox Luna checking in 🧡🦊

This girl is a fall girlie! She loves all things fall, the leaves, the apples that fall off the tree into her enclosure and the cooler weather. She really is just in her fall vibe right now 🍂🧡

Bellatrix said not today, she wasn’t ready for her the camera 😘🦊

Drop Luna Fox a 🧡if you’re a fall lover too!

Fiona recently decided she would open her own maggot farm. She did not run this by management. A wise call on her part, because management would have shut it down before the grand opening. The maggots were just her side hustle 🙄

When the operation was closed, she filed her complaint the only way she knows how and demanded management’s 🩸 offering be made.

We all know it is her season… spooky 👻, witchy 🧙‍♀️, and a little black magic 🪄
She has also been notified that her and Falkor’s expansion is not next. Beans and Nova’s enclosure comes first, and we are still $800 short of getting that one done. Once Beans and Nova are finished, Fiona and Falkor move up the list. She has been informed. She is taking it about as well as you would expect.

Fiona is now looking directly at you, the fox community, for support. If you would like to donate, the best ways are below. If you cannot donate, a comment, like, or share still counts as tribute. She accepts those too 🧡🧡🧡

OMG she’s lost her minds, posting the same video twice 🙈

Nope, still sane (mostly) I didn’t realize there was no sound, so enjoy round 2 🙌

Doc overheard me say I had a hair appointment and immediately shut that down.

Doc said “Nonsense woman, I’ve got you”

Why would I ever pay for a stylist again when I have an in-house one in Doc?

Results of a fox haircut may include tiny little knots, uneven chewing on the ends, and a light foxy perfume. But you’ll leave with a style no salon can copy. 🧡

A quick reminder: we’ve started phase two of our expansion fundraiser, and it hasn’t gained much traction yet. We can’t move forward on the new space until the funds are there. If you’re able to donate, the best ways are linked below. If you can’t, a like, comment, or share still helps more than you know.

🦊 Phase 2 is LIVE — and Bean Baby is on the case 😘

Today we’re launching Phase 2 of our enclosure expansions and upgrades!

This phase is all about Beans and his lady Nova.
We’re expanding their space and replacing their floor with heavy-duty floor panels so they have a safer, sturdier home.

Phase 2 goal: about $800
• $200 — extension panels
• $400 — 100’ welded wire roll for the roof (this roll will also help future expansions)
• $120 — conduit pipes for roof support
• $50 — heavy-duty zip ties
Once the funds are in, we buy the materials and get to work.

If you’d like to help make this possible for our one and only Bean Baby and his Nova, I know they would appreciate it so much. Thank you for being the community that loves these foxes and helps us care for them. Without supporters like you, we never could have saved this many lives.

I wish we could save them all — but 73 foxes call this place home, and I know we’ve made a real difference in theirs. 🧡

Hank looked so surprised when his own foot started making its way up to scratch his ear.

You could almost hear the little internal monologue: “…wait. Is that mine? Who gave it permission?”

Still one of the cutest moments 😘🦊

Hank is a fur farm rescue who currently has no sponsors. This sweet boy would love someone to share his journey with someone 🧡
