Did you know that tonight there will be 2 Celebrations with the Times Square Ball?!

That's right... stay tuned because at approximately 12:04AM the New Years Eve Ball will light up again, only this time in honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

It’s official, the swim / pool competition at the Highlander Aquatics and Fitness Center is on!! Anytime you head to the pool let them know you’re with Southwest and get a marble to go into the bucket.

Yesterday we had some INCREDIBLE volunteers run the 'Treat Yo' Self Trolley' for staff. We're always happy to spoil the people who make Southwest what it is while keeping students safe, cared for, and valued while they're at school.

Do you know how incredible our students are??? This incredible!

Southwest has once again claimed the TOP SPOT in the ENTIRE district of the Howell Public School District for our Gleaner's Canned Food Drive! Though can totals are not in yet, so be on the lookout for that total soon... our kiddos raised $2,876.71! Their kindness and generosity continues to shine and we are so proud of them. They always do an amazing job in showing how other people matter. Congratulations Southwest Elementary School!!!!!
