Our Mental Health day hosted Dr. Annie Simpson of Vancouver. She spoke for parents at the JCC last night. Today she spoke to 400 students at Emery Weiner HS as well as Beren Academy High School and for the 4,5,6 and 7th grade students at Torah Day School. With the polarization of the world at an all time high, Rabbi Dovid Goldstein presented a talk based on Spiritual Psychology called No Jew Left Behind. The focus was in developing a mindset to increase unity in our communities. It was part of the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston's Yom Limmud.
