Our first Homeroom Helpers of the year is coming up, and we’d LOVE to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones! 🥰💙
🗓️ Wednesday | 8:00–10:30 AM
📍 Parent Liaison Room If you’re planning to join us, please let us know in the chat below! This helps us give our front office staff a heads-up on who to expect on campus and helps keep our volunteer check-in process running smoothly for everyone. 💙

And just to be clear… 😂 If you say you’re coming and life happens, we are NOT putting you on a volunteer blacklist. We get it! Kids get sick, schedules change, life happens. We need you, we appreciate you, and we want you to come back whenever you can! ❤️

📸✨ SAY CHEESE, COUGARS! FALL PICTURE DAY IS FAST APPROACHING! ✨📸

Cruz is already fresh from the barber chair, so now it’s YOUR turn to get picture-ready! 😂💈📸

This year, we’re excited to be working with Strawbridge Studios for Fall Picture Day! Forms will be coming home soon, so keep an eye out 👀 and make sure to fill them out and return them to school.

Want to skip the paper shuffle? No problem! You’ll also be able to conveniently order your pictures online. 🙌🏼

✨ Picture Day Prep:

🎉 WEEK ONE: WE DID IT!!! 🎉

Welllllll, Klenk family… the first week of school is officially IN THE BOOKS! 📚✏️🐾

We made it through the early mornings, the forgotten water bottles, the “WAIT—WHAT DAY IS IT?!” moments, the car rider line, ALL the first-day jitters… and somehow we’re still standing. 😂🙌🏽

Most importantly, our halls are officially filled with learning, laughter, new friendships, big dreams, and SO many little Cougars ready to make this year GOAL-den! 🏆✨

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing teachers, staff, administrators, parents, grandparents, volunteers, and of course… our Klenk Cougars! ❤️🤍💙

If you’re thinking, “Wait… I did this last year!” — yep, we know. 😂 But Klein ISD requires a new Raptor background check EVERY school year in order to volunteer on campus. Even if you were approved last year, you’ll need to complete it again for this school year! 🦖✅

🎉📚 A’S ACROSS THE BOARD!!! 📚🎉

Klenk family… WE HAVE SOME CELEBRATING TO DO! 🥳👏🏽

Klenk Elementary earned an A in ALL 6 TEA DISTINCTIONS! 🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️

But wait… what exactly is TEA? 👀

TEA = Texas Education Agency, the state agency responsible for overseeing public education in Texas. Each year, TEA evaluates schools on student achievement, academic growth, and other measures of school performance — so earning an A in all six distinction areas is a BIG DEAL! 🎉📚

That doesn’t happen by accident. It takes incredible teachers, dedicated staff, amazing students, supportive families, and a whole lot of teamwork! ❤️💙

Klenk PTO is SO proud to celebrate this accomplishment with our entire Klenk family! 🐾🎉
