1. Registered Nurse (RN) Director – Lead Role
Reports To: Executive Director
Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 annually (DOE)
Key Duties:
Supervise RN team and ensure clinical quality
Provide direct guidance on complex cases
Develop and oversee training and protocols
Collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans
Facilitate health/nutrition training for staff and clients
Qualifications:
Texas RN license
3+ years in clinical supervision
Maternal-child health experience preferred
2. Staff Registered Nurse – Entry Level
Reports To: RN Director
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Key Duties:
Conduct health screenings and assessments
Provide education on prenatal/postnatal care
Assist with care coordination and urgent needs
Partner with doulas, CHWs, and social workers
Qualifications:
Active Texas RN license
Experience in women’s or pediatric health preferred
3. Social Work Director – Lead Role
Reports To: Executive Director
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually
Key Duties:
Supervise and train social work staff
Oversee client safety/crisis response (CPS, DV, MH)
Ensure documentation compliance and reporting
Coordinate support plans for high-barrier cases
Qualifications:
LCSW or LMSW (Texas)
3+ years working with women/families
Crisis response experience required
4. Social Worker – Entry Level
Reports To: Social Work Director
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Key Duties:
Provide psychosocial assessments
Respond to urgent client needs
Work in tandem with the full care team
Facilitate referrals and safety plans
Qualifications:
LBSW or LMSW (Texas)
1+ year in maternal-child services preferred
5. CHW Supervisor – Lead Role
Reports To: Program Director
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
Key Duties:
Supervise CHWs and manage caseloads
Track client outcomes and service compliance
Support transition planning from doula care
Provide ongoing training and coaching
Qualifications:
Certified CHW in Texas
Experience in home visitation and coordination
6. Community Health Worker (CHW) – Entry Level
Reports To: CHW Supervisor
Salary Range: $40,000 – $48,000 annually
Key Duties:
Perform home visits and outreach
Link clients to employment, housing, transport
Maintain client relationships post-delivery
Collaborate with healthcare and social support teams
Qualifications:
Texas CHW certification
Deep passion for maternal wellness and community care
7. Lead Doula – Director Role
Reports To: Program Director
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Key Duties:
Oversee all doula services and training
Support doulas through prenatal and postpartum journeys
Coordinate care transitions with CHWs
Develop prenatal education and birth planning tools
Qualifications:
Certified Doula (recognized training program)
Supervisory or trainer experience preferred
8. Certified Doula – Entry Level
Reports To: Lead Doula
Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
Key Duties:
Provide prenatal education, labor support, and postpartum check-ins
Create wellness plans for new mothers
Offer emotional, physical, and advocacy support
Refer to CHWs or social workers for additional needs
Qualifications:
Certified Doula
Experience in perinatal support or maternal care
