On Saturday, September 26, 2026, the Eta Rho Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. joined Sigma chapters around the world for the International Day of Service.

Together with members of our Sigma Beta Club, we visited Paradigm at Westbury in Houston. We spent the afternoon fellowshipping with residents, playing cards and dominoes, and sharing light snacks. We’re grateful for the opportunity to spend time with them and put our commitment to service into action.

The Eta Rho Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. encourages everyone to remember that you are never alone and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Far too often people suffer in silence while carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday life challenges. We want our community to know that support, resources, and hope are available.

Take time to check on your friends, family members, coworkers, and brothers. A simple conversation can make a difference in someone’s life.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please utilize the resources listed in this flyer and never hesitate to reach out for help.
