This month we are spotlighting our current Vice President of Membership, Paula Wright. Paula joined Assistance League of Houston in 1997 through her neighbor and has made her mark as a past President, and frequent member of our Board of Directors. She continues volunteering because of what the Chapter does to help the community, and the great women she has had the pleasure of working with and who have become life long friends. Thank you Paula for your guidance and efforts!

Looking for an opportunity that really makes an impact in a local community? Join us at Assistance League Houston!

We have five wonderful programs that need your help: Getting involved in our programs is very uplifting. Operation School Bell provides uniforms/school clothing and backpacks for school children, Scholarships gives much needed tuition help to students, Assistance League Reads reads to young children and gives them books for their home library, and Celebration of Giving hosts a party with gifts and fun for children and their families that are being treated at the Texas Medical Center.

We want to give a huge thank you to John P. McGovern Foundation for their very generous monetary donation to us for fiscal year 2025-2026. Through their donation we have been able to purchase many supplies for our flagship programs such as Operation School Bell, Celebration of Giving, and more. Thank you!
