Join us Sunday, November 1 The Stomping Grounds for a FREE, family-friendly celebration honoring the beautiful Mexican tradition of Día de los Mu***os — a time to celebrate the lives and memories of loved ones who have passed. 🇲🇽✨

We’ll have a morning filled with music, dance, art, creativity, and community, including:

🌮 and delicious bites from our community partners

Kids Music Day was celebrated this past Friday, October 2—and it got us thinking about how our own Heights Kids’ Day of Music began over a decade ago too. 💛

Different names, same heart: giving kids a chance to discover music, make some noise, and experience the joy of music together.

Here’s to celebrating kids, music, and the magic that happens when the two come together!

All of us at, Heights Kids’ Day of Music, are excited to support this month’s Houston Heights Association event at Donovan Park, bringing special performances to the neighborhood!

mrleopuppetshow will bring his larger-than-life puppetry to the stage, alongside two musical acts presented by HEIGHTS Kids’ Day of Music.

Come enjoy a day at the park, support local performers, and let the little ones dance, sing, and play at the new park!
