As a chapter, we attended the 55th Area I Leadership Conference in Houston, Texas. Our chapter organizer Lashica Walton was a workshop presenter at the Chapter Presidents’ workshop. Our chapter president Theresa Austin was an attendee. We also attended informational workshops, an induction and the welcome reception. Additionally, our chapter attended an invitation only breakfast with The National Area I Director Lady Rhonda Harris. At the breakfast, all ladies received gifts and were acknowledged for their monetary contributions. Afterwards, our chapter organizer was the mistress of ceremony for the Joint Opening Session. Finally, the conference wrapped up with a closing gala where 3 of our ladies were introduced as new Inductees and 3 were introduced as diamond donors. This was a great experience for the ladies of the Arlington Crown Jewels Chapter. 🩷🩷

This afternoon the ladies of the Arlington Crown Jewels Chapter attended the Minnie H. Godlow Page Section of NCNW Black History Celebration featuring keynote Speaker Honorable Audrey Moorehead. The theme: commemorating the past, celebrating the present, crafting the future was truly an inspirational celebration.

This past weekend, the Arlington Crown Jewels supported our sister chapter, TLOD Bossier Parish Crowned Jewels during their induction and chartering ceremonies. Our amazing chapter organizer, Lady Lashica Walton, gave a riveting charge, as a program participant, to the 16 inductees. Please join us in welcoming the newest TLOD chapter that serves Bossier Parish, Louisiana. Congratulations Ladies.

Every woman's heart deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated, and that is why we, the Arlington Crown Jewels Chapter, Go Red for our mothers, sisters, friends, families, and ourselves. Our community is our strength, and change starts with us.
