From hands-on science experiments and robotics to engineering challenges, coding, creativity, and problem-solving — our students showed up ready to learn, grow, and shine every single week.

In 2021, we launched our very first S.T.E.A.M. summer camp—and what an unforgettable experience it was! From hands-on experiments to creative challenges, our students were fully engaged, learning, laughing, and growing together every single day.

What started as just one week of fun and discovery has now grown into something even bigger.
Today, we’re continuing that same energy, excitement, and passion for learning through our after-school S.T.E.A.M. program—creating spaces where students can explore, think critically, and build confidence in who they are.

And the best part? We’re just getting started. 🚀

What started as a one-week summer camp in 2021 has grown into a thriving after-school program and a strong community partnership with Harris County—and we’re just getting started!

Tomorrow we are officially launching our S.T.E.A.M. Program, and we want YOUR student to be a part of it. This exciting program offers hands-on, engaging learning experiences that build critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional skills for students of all learning levels.

Even better? This program is completely FREE, but space is limited and seats are filling quickly!
Our sessions are led by experienced educators with over 15 years of classroom instruction, lesson planning, leadership, and student support, ensuring that every student receives meaningful guidance and encouragement.

Uptempo STEM Academy is an exciting, instructor-led after-school program designed to spark curiosity and creativity in kids through hands-on STEM activities. Hosted at Bay Area Community Center, students will explore science, technology, engineering, and math in a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment.
