Mt. Canaan Missionary Baptist Church joins communities across the country in making a visible declaration: Even in the face of darkness and antisemitic, we will stand together with the nation of Israel as God's people. We will continue to shine His light, share His love, and bring hope to a world that desperately needs it.

There are a lot of things that I dislike about politics and politicians but one of the things that I dislike the most is when politicians every two years or every four years attempt to use scripture to support their positions. There is nothing wrong with using scripture to determine God’s position on what’s right and what’s wrong but these politicians who attempt to transform themselves into pseudo theologians do not even bother to properly interpret the scripture in its proper context. During election season, they spend a lot of time in churches, when they should spend more time in the Bible. To God be the glory.
