Take a moment today to pause, breathe, and name something or someone you are grateful for. Gratitude is one of the simplest ways to lift your spirit and strengthen your mind. Nonprofit Mastery Academy™ understands that meaningful work becomes powerful when it is supported by structure, clarity, and intentional strategy. Many people feel called to create change, but the process of starting or growing a nonprofit often feels overwhelming without proper guidance.

Our 7-day hybrid workshop was designed to help purpose-driven leaders build organizations that are sustainable, fundable, and aligned with long-term impact. Through a combination of in-person learning and virtual masterclasses, attendees receive clear steps, practical tools, and supportive direction to move their missions forward with confidence.

If you or someone you know is preparing to start a nonprofit, strengthening an existing one, or seeking systems for sustainable impact, this experience was created with that journey in mind.

Parts 1 and 2 will take place in person in Phoenix, and Parts 3 through 7 will be held online.
Participants will gain clarity on legal steps, systems, storytelling, data, partnerships, program design, funding strategy, and long-term sustainability.

Legacy 17: Because Empowerment Is the Most Impactful Story.

This September, we celebrated 17 years of impact, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership at the Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) Legacy Seventeen National Conference & Gala. 💫

Across three remarkable days, we witnessed what happens when mentorship, community, and leadership unite under one mission, to empower women and youth to live purpose-driven lives.

We honored our Founder & CEO, Aneisha Hughes, whose vision continues to inspire generations, and paid tribute to Shakhia Brianna Randall, a beloved leader whose light and legacy will forever guide our sisterhood. 🌸

From inspiring speakers and generous sponsors to our national board, team, volunteers, alumni, and attendees, every contribution made Legacy 17 more than an event. It became a movement of service, faith, and transformation that will continue to ripple through every life touched.
