A huge Thank You to Bee Box CrossFit!! The Swarm was. 3 person CrossFit competition held at Studio Bee and all the profits were donated!! Houston High School Special Olympics and Opportunity Sheltered Industries were the grateful recipients of the money so many worked so hard to earn!!! Thank you to our friends and supporters... Your kindness is amazing!

On behalf of & - we are PROUD and excited to cut ✌️ checks this week to our local High School Special Olympics team & the Opportunity Sheltered Workshop who employs both Kenzi & Mikey!!

The Swarm was a 3 person CrossFit competition held here at our gym where ALL the proceeds went right to the organizations near and dear to my ❤️!!

It’s fun to throw a hard workout down - but it’s even more fun to give back to the kindest hearts in Houston!
