Another SUCCESSFUL Blood Drive at Lakewood Church! 🙌🏼

What made it better than successful was that God BLESSED it! We were told that they had the most pre-registered appointments one week before the drive than they've ever had. GOD. That's because of our on-air interview pre-service segments. GOD. And preliminary credits surpassed last year's. GOD. We also sold the most merch in a single event. God.

We can hardly wait to gift these blood donation credits to a childhood cancer family. Stay tuned.

We are absolutely grateful that no matter what life throws at us, GOD. ALWAYS. SHOWS. UP! ✝️

YOUR BLOOD IS NEEDED 🫶🏼

Give the gift of your time and blood donation to cancer patients being treated at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Patients depend on blood transfusions while going through chemo to help them recover and each donation is a $25 credit that CMCF will generously gift to a childhood cancer patient/family to help relieve the mounting medical debt.

Year 2 of partnering with Lakewood Church and the annual Ms. Dodie's UT MD Anderson Cancer Center Blood Drive. It's an incredible honor to share this event with two powerhouse organizations to boost blood donations and provide financial relief to families navigating .

Each blood donation is a $25 credit MDA can allocate to a patient if specified. That's where we come in. CMCF selects a child recipient/patient and collectively all the donations from this drive will go towards their medical bills. The more blood = the more credits. Last year's recipient received over $3,000!

In Memory of Ray Ray 🦋

May 23, 2024, Christian peacefully passed away. Even while anticipating this would happen, the leukemia was taking over, it happened unexpectedly.

Today, marks two years without his immensely energetic spirit and laughter. A huge void left in our hearts because he was the bravest, humble, faithful, and resilient little boy. The void can only be filled with the peace of our God, the one you're with forever.

We love and miss you everyday, Christian. Its our honor you were chosen to be part of our family. We will continue blessing other families to carry on your legacy.

A couple weeks ago, we sent out gifts cards to a few families. Each set included cards to Walmart, Shell Gas Station, Visa, HEB, and a restaurant. We tried to cover all bases that could provide some relief.

We also had a CMCF sweater that was purchased and sent out.

Today, we are deeply saddened by the news our friend, RJ, has passed. It equally met with a sense of relief and joy he will be MJ dancing in the streets of gold with His creator. Pain + Comfort

It is also reassuring Christian is there to welcome him into eternity. We wish things could be different, no doubt about it. Please lift up the London Family in prayer. Mom, dad, sister and baby brother will depend on it.

The Garcia Family will always be here for you all. 🦋

Father's of Fighters Night Out at the Rockets game. ✨️🎗💛🦋🏀

Spearheading FOF is Christian's dad, Ruben Garcia, where he creates a space for dad's with a child navigating cancer either in treatment, remission, or bereaved.

The dads and their little guys came out to enjoy a Rockets game in the suite courtesy of Sarah Joseph, Vice President of Community and Alumni Relations, Houston Rockets |Toyota Center.

Thank you, Sarah, and all the dads and kids that attended.

In March, we raised $7,683 from the BIG 11 Fundraiser and a Miracle In March event honoring both our one year anniversary and Christian's 11th Birthday ✨️

Every dollar, every act of generosity are ripples of love, support, and unity that are extended to families. Christian's legacy lives on through all of it.

We are humbled and honored you continue to choose CMCF. To God be the Glory!!

We delivered 30 Easter Sunday dinners to UT MD Anderson Cancer Center 's pediatric floor yesterday.

This special holiday we want the families to know we are thinking and always praying over them.

HUGE thanks to Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Katy!! Truly good people there.
