Alicia has been taking over Discovery Green to make yoga accessible to everyone and in just a few short weeks, she’ll be taking over the TEDxThirdWard stage with her big idea: Can Yoga Stop Wars?

From movement to mindfulness, her talk challenges us to rethink the way we heal, connect, and coexist with one another. This is more than yoga. It’s about humanity, peace, and what happens when wellness becomes a tool for transformation.
