UH Bonner Leaders Program

UH Bonner Leaders Program We are students, faculty, and community leaders working together to respond to the economic, social, and cultural challenges our city faces.

The Bonner Leaders Program at the University of Houston is a structured way for community members, faculty, and students to work together to respond to the economic, social, and cultural challenges affecting the quality of life in the city of Houston, the state of Texas, and around the world through education, research, and service. UH Bonner Leaders exemplify the University’s commitment to commun

ity engagement. The program is named for Corella and Bertram Bonner, who established the Bonner Foundation in 1989 to combat poverty through community engagement and education.
