Thank you if you came to our board meeting last week. We wish there was more we could do about the loud neighbors from the next door civic association. The police needs to continue calling the no emergency phone number. The more we call the better paperwork and action taken. 713-221-6000. You can be anonymous and no leave your phone nor address. Just tell them anonymous every time they ask for information you do not want to give to them. Call call call.

During the sessions, we'll cover:

What's changing in the new draft FEMA maps
How to use the online Navigator tool to find your property
What happens next and how you can stay involved
It’s important to note that, at this time, these maps are draft and have no regulatory or insurance impacts.

Neighbors, there will be an Association sponsored Memorial Day event at the pool, 15234 Corona Del Mar, Memorial Day from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Big 6 BBQ will again be catering the event, Come out and meet some neighbors and enjoy the pool.
To participate, you will need to be a resident of Mission Bend Civic Association and have a current pool pass. Should you need to acquire a pool pass, please contact ACMP, Inc. (281)855-9867 or via email at [email protected] prior to Saturday.

-Cost to be paid by homeowners/residents: $10.00 per card
Registration at ACMP's office will begin on June 1st Residents may register for new cards at
ACMP's office, by appointment only. Email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
-Each resident/person having a new tag made must be in attendance to have their photograph
taken.
-Payment for pool passes must be cash or check, only.
-Residents three years or older will need a pool pass to enter the pool.
-Any person wishing to enter the pool must have a pool pass.
-All adults registering for pool cards must provide valid photo I.D. Renters must also provide a bill or lease showing residency in MBCA.
