One of the best burn centers in the world and always looking for ways to keep getting better. Shriners Children's Texas also has an amazing staff that truly care about all the patients and their families. It’s been an honor and a blessing for Texas Boys Outdoors to work with such an incredible organization and world class hospital for over a decade now. Always looking forward to the next Shriners trip!

The boys had a great time with our pal Brayan and his father, from Shriners Children's Texas! Brayan enjoyed catching a few trout and redfish, but his favorite part of the day was chasing fish under the birds! Even though it was mostly gaftop he had an absolute blast watching the birds work over shrimp and reeling in fish every cast! Despite the loss of a leg, he was hopping around all over the boat catching fish and landing them on his own with no problem! Awesome job Brayan and congrats on your first fish ever in Texas! Prayers for Brayan as he continues to adjust to losing the leg, we know he’s in the best care around at Shriners Galveston.

Last week it was freshwater, this week we are switching it up and look forward to fishing Galveston Bay tomorrow with our special guests from Shriners Children's Texas. Meet Brayan (left), one of the guests and a patient at Shriners with a severe leg injury caused by an auto accident. Doctors ended up having to amputate his leg and Brayan is working with Shriners staff for treatment and rehabilitation. We hear he is very excited to get out fishing and know he’ll have a great time with Roy and the crew.
