TCF USA, Los Angeles Chapter Established in 1998, the chapter aims to support the education of deserving children of Pakistan.

This is the official page of the LA Chapter of TCF-USA, a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization that funds schools and educational programs for underprivileged children in Pakistan. The schools are designed, built and operated by The Citizens Foundation, Pakistan, one of South Asia's largest and most well-managed nonprofits in the education sector. We have Support Groups in most regions

of the United States, including California, New York, Minnesota, Illinois and Connecticut, actively working to raise funds and awareness through community outreach. TCF caters to 275,000 students in 1,687 school units, located in 97 towns and cities all across Pakistan. We have 19,165 people employed, including 12,950 teachers. 44,188 of our bright students are mentored by 11,230 mentors in nine cities, through our Rahbar Program.150, 000 adult women have been empowered through Agahi Program. Over 91% of every Dollar received went to the Education program in 2011-12.

The Youth Impact Challenge 2026 brought together young changemakers from across the country—each stepping up to create their own campaigns in support of education in Pakistan.

Through their initiative and commitment, participants transformed individual efforts into meaningful impact—helping expand access to education for 285+ deserving children.

We’re proud to recognize our Top 3 Changemakers:

In addition to leading the challenge, participants earned service hour certifications, recognizing their dedication to advocacy and impact.
