October is going to be a very special month at Joy of Living! 💛

We have three wonderful events coming up, and each one celebrates what Joy of Living is all about: community, connection, friendship, and joy.

Tenemos tres eventos increíbles y cada uno representa lo que queremos construir todos los días: comunidad, conexión, amistad y mucha alegría.

We’re kicking off the month with a very special celebration, Ana Pau’s 40th birthday! We can’t wait to celebrate our founder with our Cypress seniors and the community she has helped bring together.

Then it’s Katy’s turn! Our Spanish-speaking seniors will also be celebrating Ana Pau’s 40th birthday with an afternoon of food, friends, laughter, and plenty of birthday fun.

⛳️ October 29 | 2nd Annual Joy of Living Golf Tournament
We’ll close out the month with our biggest fundraiser of the year. This tournament helps make so much of what we do possible — from our senior brunches and activities to field trips, special outings, and opportunities for our seniors to stay connected, active, and surrounded by community.

And this is where we need YOU. 💛 Whether you play, sponsor, donate, volunteer, or simply help us spread the word, your support allows us to keep creating these moments throughout the year.

Because at Joy of Living, they’re never just brunches or field trips. They’re friendships being formed, people feeling seen and valued, new memories being made, and seniors knowing they have a community that is there for them.

Come celebrate with us, support our mission, and help us continue bringing more joy to the lives of our seniors. 💛

Joy has no age limit. 💛🦒

From feeding giraffes to exploring the zoo, laughing together, and trying something new, this day was a beautiful reminder that wonder doesn’t disappear with age.

There are always new experiences to enjoy, new memories to make, and new reasons to smile.

Because growing older should never mean stopping the fun.

Keep exploring. Keep laughing. Keep saying yes to new experiences. 💛
