The Life Hope & Change Initiative includes providing comprehensive services, information and resources that support the stability of women facing homelessness due to numerous of reasons, such as incarceration, addiction, mental illness, aging out of the foster care system, or domestic violence. The LH&C program's ultimate goal is to help them safely acclimate back home and into the community. LH&C empowers women with resources to continue with stability to move them along their healing journey to become more self-aware of how intergenerational trauma impacts their lives and how to move toward self-sufficiency.

We are currently open and accepting clients. Please contact Trennie Henry, 713-373-1346, to schedule an intake.
