The Carter Foundation Board of Directors send our condolences to ABC13-Melanie Lawson, the entire Lawson family, and the Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church in the passing of Rev. William A. Lawson. The world is a greater place having experienced the light and love of this great giant. May his memory and works in the earth continue to flourish in us all.

It has been an exciting week of and summer camp fun with Fallbrook Community Development Center. We are honored to host and work with these students all week. Big thanks to the Lone Star Flight Museum staff and volunteers for everything. We hope these youth had an experience that will positively impact their future. Here’s to a week!

Today marks the 10th YEAR ANNIVERSARY of Dr. L.C. Carter’s transition from earth.

We celebrate the life and legacy of the , the , and the who dedicated every waking moment to serving others.

Join us as we with our devoted Chairwoman as she experiences a taste of what we hope students that come through our foundation will forever remember.

Jackie Robinson once said, “A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives.” The Board of Directors, Staff, & Volunteers honor the life of Dr. Carter and will continue his legacy by impacting students and families in the community and beyond.
