The future of energy depends on the intersection between education, industry, and opportunity.

At the 2026 Energy Education Foundation Gala in Houston tonight, we'll hear directly from energy executives like these while they discuss issues like the rising energy demand, the influence of new technology in the industry, and other challenges ahead for the next generation of the energy workforce.

We'll also be celebrating individuals making an impact in the industry and their community. Learn more about our annual event and how you can get involved with the EEF! 🌟https://energyeducation.org

We had so much fun at DaVinci Day this year! ⚡️

DaVinci Day is hosted by the Galveston Children’s Museum, and this year the Ocean Star Museum brought our hands-on solar activity to teach kids about the importance of solar energy and how we can use UV rays from the sun! ☀️

Come explore at the Ocean Star and learn about all the different sources of energy that help power our world! 🌎🤩

Last week, EEF attended the Shale Insight conference in Erie, Pennsylvania, while EnergyXP brought energy education directly to hundreds of students across rural Pennsylvania!

The conference was a great opportunity to reconnect with local community partners, make new connections, and introduce our redesigned mobile education program to new faces across the industry.

Thank you to Devon Energy and EEF Board Member William desRoisers for sponsoring our exhibit and supporting EEF’s mission to make energy education more accessible and engaging.

AND thank you to the Marcellus Shale Coalition for bringing the industry together for important conversations about energy, infrastructure, and the workforce building what comes next!

Looking for another way to connect with EEF? Join us tonight in Pittsburgh for our EnergyXP Open House to experience EnergyXP in action and learn how you can help bring energy education and workforce development to students in your community.
