- To create networking opportunities between young

professionals by hosting events on a monthly basis (4th Thursday Happy Hour)
- To provide educational and professional development (Bi-annually, including online components)
- To create and cultivate our future leaders through mentoring and teachable opportunities (Bi-annually, including online components)
