The Innovative Leadership Academy (ILA) is a proposed public charter middle school for 5th–8th grades, committed to preparing students for success in high school and beyond. ILA integrates rigorous academics, visual arts, theatre, dance, and cutting-edge technology, including AR and digital storytelling, to foster leadership, creativity, and innovation. With innovation labs and leadership development programs, students gain skills to thrive in a tech-driven future.
