Hello HCPAAA Volunteers,

On Friday, August 28, 2026, the alumni will host a Feed the Officers BBQ meal at South Gessner, serving from 6:30pm to 11pm. We are anticipating feeding about 65. Please see the menu below and what is needed.

If you can help provide food or drinks and or volunteer to serve, please respond to Jeanette at [email protected] and Jesse Howard at [email protected].

Volunteers should arrive at 5:30pm. Thank you for supporting our officers!

The temperatures outside are bumping 100 and Russ was busy in his un-airconditìoned "man shed" making appreciation "challenge coins" with the Etching Machines.

He is using our Alumni Etching Machine as well as his personal Machine. Two machines, two lap tops to make 175 coins.

Thank you to our Etchers - Russ, Toby and Albert for using their "gifts and "abilities" to make such beautiful Etching products.
