They epitomise grassroots action for the betterment of not just employees but, communities, suppliers, partners and the businesses in which they operate.
They are the first line of defence when it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and their leaders, who are often volunteering on top of busy day jobs, bravely take up the mantle in the pursuit of fairer workplaces for all.

Leading employee networks is incredibly rewarding but it can also feel overwhelming and emotionally draining. At times it can feel lonely.

Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum, (May Allah (SWT) accept good deeds from you and from us). Eid Mubarak from the CUBE Network to all of you and your families!

Our duas are for all who we care about nearby and globally.

As we glorify Allah (SWT) in gratitude and devotion with Eid Takbir we remind ourselves that a reflection of taqwa are those empathetic feelings we struggle with when our thoughts and duas turn to those who cannot mark the day with as much joy, peace and ease as we can.

May Allah (SWT) bless them, you and us with far better, and allow us to strengthen our ties of communal kinship even more in order to be blessed to enter united and improved into next Ramadan ameen. 🤲🏾

What if your dream monetary income (no matter how large you’d want that to be) was paid to you for the rest of your life or for the next 3 to 5 years, what would you actually change in your life?

We discussed how do we achieve “𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲” in our lives spurred on with self-motivating “𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻” and related that to the context of the transactional nature of our lives in the words of the Qur’aan.
