Every year, thousands of young people age out of foster care and are left to navigate adulthood alone overnight. No safety net. No support system. Just survival.
That’s the reality Journey HTX is working to change.
Featured in the Houston Defender, our transitional living campus gives formerly fostered youth ages 18–22 a safe, beautiful space to land while they finish their education, build their finances, and figure out their next steps. From one-on-one case management to our Bradford Community Garden and Farm to Table Saturdays, we’re not just offering housing. We’re offering community, stability, and a real shot at a better life.
