Hello friends and neighbors!

Registration is now open for Plaza Oaks Club! We’re excited to welcome everyone back to the pool! Membership runs for 12 months, with access to the pool, outdoor kitchen, playground and tennis courts.

We are also excited for you to see the new and updated website. We had some wonderful help getting our website cleaned up and reinforced for a great registration experience. An exciting addition is the ability to book tennis courts online! We’re also looking forward to adding a social calendar that will show, at a glance, everything going on at POC. Due to the update, we ask that you be willing to go through the registration process of creating an account again with the assurance that this is the last time you’ll have to do so for POC.

Dear Plaza Oaks Families,
Summer is right around the corner, which means another great season at the POC is upon us! As we announced in the fall, we are finally working towards the long-awaited renovation for the pool bathrooms!

We have already raised over $20,000 towards the estimated $100,000 that we will need to overhaul the facilities. If every one of our 170 member families donated $500 that would put us over the top and we could work towards possibly enjoying lovely new bathrooms for this swim season!

All donations are made to the Plaza Oaks Swim Team and are tax deductible since it is a 501(c)(3) entity. Donations can be made several ways:

- We are also hoping to have an option to donate on the website when you pay your annual dues

We’re thrilled to share that the long-awaited Plaza Oaks Pool bathroom remodel is finally within reach! After years of discussion and securing multiple competitive bids, we’re ready to move forward — and the excitement is building.
The estimated cost is around $100,000, and we’re starting strong — one generous Plaza Oaks family has already stepped up as a lead donor with a $15,000 gift! That means we now have $85,000 left to raise to fully fund this long-overdue project.
Here’s how we can get there together:
Of course, we would love several more large donors in the $5,000 - $10,000 range
If 85 families each give $1,000, we’ll reach our goal!
Or, if 170 families each contribute $500, we’ll get there just as fast.
Every donation—large or small—moves us closer to breaking ground.
And don’t forget — many employers offer company matching gifts, especially during this giving season. Your $500 donation could quickly become $1,000!
This remodel has been a long time coming, and it will make a lasting impact for years of swimmers, families, and neighborhood gatherings to come.
