Letting Everyone Achieve Dreams LEAD facilitates the growth of financially-challenged, inner-city students through mentoring and outdoor experiential learning.

Our ultimate goal is to equip our students with the tools necessary to return to their communities as effective leaders. LEAD works with middle school students starting in sixth grade with a three-year curriculum combined with mentorship, service-oriented projects and annual summer adventure trips focused on outdoor experiential learning.
