Hundreds of applications. Few interviews. Sometimes, no response at all.

For job seekers, it raises a frustrating question: What actually happens after you hit “apply”?

ENOUGH looks at how AI and technology are changing the hiring process, why getting your résumé in front of a real person can feel so difficult — and what experts say you can do differently.

If you’re looking for a job right now, this one is worth watching.

Last night, The Founder and The Executive Director of The McGowan Foundation were invited to celebrate a special and hardworking woman in the 5th ward; Constable Silvia Trevino.
As a proud Hispanic woman who has dedicated many years to law enforcement and public service, her leadership and commitment to our community are truly meaningful. Happy birthday Constable Trevino!

One thing I truly appreciate about working with him is that we can laugh, challenge each other, and still come together around something meaningful. It’s not every day you get to have fun while building something that can genuinely impact a community.

Now let’s see if he approves this one! 👀😂

Mr. McGowan, the founder and Executive Founding Chair of The McGowan Foundation has a gift. He truly sees people. He has a way of humanizing others looking beyond their circumstances, titles, or struggles and recognizing the person behind them. He makes people feel seen, valued, and respected.
