If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t “belong” at a race…
this one is for YOU.

Let’s be honest, the fitness world hasn’t always been the most welcoming space.

Too fast. Too competitive. Too much pressure to perform.
And somewhere along the way, a lot of people, especially moms got the message that if you weren’t running a certain pace… you didn’t quite fit.

We’re not doing that here.

You may have seen messaging out there that says things like:

“Runners welcome. Walkers tolerated.”
That’s not us.
That will never be us.

At The 5K Mamas Fun Run, we believe movement should feel:
empowering
inclusive
and honestly… a little fun again
