She didn’t just lose her home…she lost her person. For 5 years, Misty knew exactly where she belonged. Then in July 2025, she was back in rescue—confused and grieving.

💖 But here’s the beautiful part…
she found her footing again. Misty is now a happy girl who greets you with the sweetest little tippy toe dance—pure joy in motion and an absolute mood boost. And while most dogs claim the couch spot, Mistys favorite spot is in the bed.

👀 Just because they're both friendly doesn't mean they should meet nose-to-nose. The fastest way to ruin a good dog match is rushing the introduction.

Slow and proper introductions can make all the difference. 🐾❤️

Happy Wednesday from RAB Alumni Louie! 🐾❤️

Adopted in January 2022, Louie is living his very best life. These days, you'll often find him tagging along to rugby tournaments - soaking up the sunshine, meeting new people, and making plenty of new dog friends along the way.

Some dogs find a home. Louie found a whole lifestyle. 🐾❤️

My application box is STILL empty. Someone needs to explain this to me! 🤔

When I came to rescue in October 2025, everyone said, "You're young and gorgeous. You won't be here long."

Well...eight months later, I'm still waiting.

That's eight months of missed adventures. Eight months of missed cuddles. Eight months of missed Husky shenanigans.

Unpopular opinion:
GOOD dogs don’t have to love every dog they meet.

Some dogs love dog parks.
Some dogs prefer one or two friends.
Some dogs prefer humans only.

That doesn’t make them “bad".

Dogs have personalities, boundaries, preferences, and comfort levels—just like people 🐾
