Just a friendly reminder that United Spinal Houston’s Conversation + Connect is happening TODAY at 5:30 PM Central Time!

This month, we’re excited to welcome Amy Rixon and Megan L’Esperance from the Kelly Brush Foundation for a conversation about resources available to the adaptive community.

Amy and Megan will be sharing more about the Adaptive Rec Hub, a valuable resource for finding adaptive recreation opportunities, as well as the grant programs offered through the Kelly Brush Foundation and how they can help individuals access adaptive sports and recreation equipment.

Whether you’re interested in adaptive recreation, looking for funding opportunities, or simply want to learn more about the resources available through the Kelly Brush Foundation, we would love to have you join us!

After sustaining a spinal cord injury, Ian transformed his journey into a mission to advocate for outdoor accessibility and empower others living with mobility impairments. He now leads a nonprofit dedicated to helping people with disabilities reconnect with nature and independence.

SEEKING PARTICIPANTS!! This study seeks to understand the impact of difficult and/or unhealthy relationships on the health of people with SCI.

You do not need to have experienced difficult or unhealthy relationships to participate.

You will be invited to complete a short
phone screening to see if you are eligible.
Eligible participants will be asked to complete a one-time survey (online or via U.S. Mail).

Participants will receive a small payment for completing the survey.
