An email was sent out to homeowners with a revised ballot with proposed amendments to the bylaws and also a proposed special assessment.
We’re also going to have a virtual town hall on Tuesday 2/27 at 6:30pm to talk about all of this. An email will be sent with the link for that meeting.
The Annual Meeting to vote on the board will take place on March 3rd at 3pm Upon conclusion of the regular annual meeting a Special Meeting will be held on the amendment measures. Again, for details please check your email. If you are not receiving email please reach out so we can verify your address and add you.

The Annual Meeting for Nottingham HOA is Sunday at 4pm at MWCC. Ballots have gone out by email and mail. Please reach out to us if you did not receive an email or cannot locate your ballot. Please vote so we have a quorum!

Hi All! Memorial West Community Club - MWCC - is located at 700 N Kirkwood at the corner of Memorial and Kirkwood. Residents of Nottingham Civic (Nottingham Sections I, II, and III) are automatically members of MWCC by virtue of their HOA dues. Anyone not in those communities are invited to join! If you are interested in joining, fill out the form and return it together with your membership fee to Crest as indicated by the form.

The MWCC Pool will be closed this weekend to address some compliance items from a recent inspection. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Notice to Nottingham Neighbors regarding Recycling: Recycling has been suspended for the month of June due to our Vendor's lack of staffing. We are not being charged for the missing service. We will provide updates on July as soon as we receive them.
